MiCanales IPTV provides IPTV Subscription Plans (no physical items) that allow clients to enjoy live TV channels, on-demand movies, and TV shows.
By subscribing to or purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to and use MiCanales IPTV services.
Allowed Connections per Subscription
Each subscription allows only one connection. Using more than one connection may result in the suspension of your subscription and IP by the provider, with no refund.
Number of Live TV Channels & VOD
The number of channels and VOD available may change, be updated, or be removed at any time without prior notice. MiCanales IPTV does not control the content provided, the Electronic Program Guide (EPG), or any updates to these.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel their MiCanales IPTV subscription at any time, with no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated charges will be provided for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
Unacceptable Usage Behavior
MiCanales IPTV does not allow any re-streaming, transmission, or redistribution of the content provided.
Quality of the Content Provided
Due to the nature of IPTV and factors beyond our control—such as Internet Service Provider (ISP) issues, internet speed, bandwidth, and streaming sources—MiCanales IPTV cannot guarantee that content will work 100% of the time. Issues such as buffering, freezing, or non-functional content may occur. We recommend a high-speed internet connection and an ISP that supports IPTV servers to minimize potential issues.
Please note that sharing your subscription may lead to immediate termination without notice.
Proxy / VPN Usage Policy
The use of Proxy or VPN applications is prohibited and may result in service suspension without refund.
Unsupported Countries
Our service is accessible worldwide, provided your ISP is not blocking our services.
Data Usage Charges
The client is responsible for any expenses or charges related to data usage or internet fees.
Information Accuracy
Any information or data provided must be accurate. You must be the owner or authorized user of the payment method used to purchase our services.
Adjustments to Terms & Conditions
MiCanales IPTV reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. This includes our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the client. Such changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our service and site constitutes acceptance of the adjusted terms.
Channel and VOD Library Updates
The number of channels and movies in the VOD library may vary based on weekly updates.
Pricing
MiCanales IPTV reserves the right to change or update service pricing at any time without prior notice. Discounts and promotions may occur at any time. Services purchased before any promotion will not be refunded or adjusted to match the promotion.
Subscription Details
You are responsible for following all instructions before purchasing an IPTV subscription from us. This includes any instructions related to technical issues.
Suspension and Downtime
In addition to our right to terminate or disable a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that occasional downtime may occur for server maintenance, updates, or server-related issues. You may not receive prior notification of these downtimes.
Language of Communication
All communications and terms provided under this agreement will be in English. MiCanales IPTV reserves the right to terminate or limit your access to services or content without prior notice or liability if, in our discretion, you have violated any of these terms and conditions, laws, or regulations.
